WHY THE Y?

For 151 years the, YMCA of Hamilton/Burlington has responded to the needs of the community by providing health enhancement, social and recreational programs for the development of all people in spirit, mind and body.

Each year, the YMCA serves over 107,000 individuals and families who participate in a wide variety of YMCA programs, such as health fitness and recreation; child care; day, resident and family camping; outdoor education; academic assistance; employment training and placement; leadership development; community outreach; literacy and so much more.
